IPTV Fiber respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. We respond to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and applicable Canadian copyright law.
Our Role
IPTV Fiber provides access to a subscription service and does not host, store, or control the content streamed by third-party sources. We do not produce, upload, or own the media delivered through compatible player applications.
Filing a Notice
If you believe your copyrighted work has been made available in a way that constitutes infringement, please send a written notice to our designated agent that includes the following:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
- Identification of the material and its location, with enough detail for us to locate it.
- Your contact information (name, address, email, phone).
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act.
